2 Cloves Garlic
Slice of Ginger
5 Leaves of Kale
2 TBSP of Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
While boiling water cut up the onion to strips (like the Penne), chop the garlic and Ginger.
When water is boiling Add the pasta and lower the heat to keep simmering for 1 minute less then the time allocated on the pasta box.
at the same time put 1/4 tsp of salt in a hot pan and add 1 TBSP of olive oil. Sautee the onion to golden color and throw in the crushed garlic and ginger. for one more minute.
Cut up the Kale, and Chop up the parsley.
When Pasta is ready, drain the water, and put on very low fire. Throw in the sautéed onion with the fresh kale and parsley. Mix it all with 1 more TBSP of olive oil and serve with sliced tomato on top.
