Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 1 Onion
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1" Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation:

      Cut the Squash in two and place the halvs on a plate -cut facing down.
Microwave on max for 12 minutes. Flip over and pour in one half 1 TBSP of Soy Sauce, 1 TBSP of Balsamic Vinegar in the other half. Place back in the microwave for 3 more minutes. Let it rest and cool down.
Cut 1 Onion in half and slice each to thin strips. Crush the Garlic and the Ginger
Put 2 TBSP Olive Oil and 1 tsp Salt in a large and deep frying pan Nd heat to medium heat. Throw in the sliced onion and let it soften. Add the Garlic and Ginger and keep frying until the onion turns golden brown.
Scoop with a spoon the Squash and add it to the frying pan. Stir the mixture for about 2 minutes until you separate all the strings of the Spaghetti Squash.
Let it cool to room temperature and serve.
