Vegetarian Chilly

- Beans (canned or pre cooked)
- Crushed Tomatoes
- Onion
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Ginger
- Potato
- Carrots
- Celery
- Jalapeno
- Oat Meals
- Salt
- Cocoa powder

Saute onion, add ingredients one after the other until soften. Simmer or bake in oven for 2 hours or over night in low heat. Keep moist by adding water when needed.
